Quitting smoking is a process that can take time. Think of the QuitCoach as a guide to help you through that process. If you join, we will be able to provide you with help for as long as you need it, until you are a stable non-smoker. Each time you visit, you will receive advice that is not only relevant to your current situation, but also reflects the progress you have made since you last visited.
To help you know when it is best to return, we can send you email reminders (a maximum of 2 emails, if you decide not to come back). These are scheduled based on your needs - approximately weekly if you are close to making an attempt (or have recently quit), but less frequently if you haven't yet decided to quit. Many people find these emails very useful as a prompt to return.
