The QuitCoach sends a welcome email, and reminders to return to complete a new smoking assessment when things may have changed, such as just after your quit date (if you have one).

If you do not return by the time the QuitCoach thinks you could benefit from a review, you'll receive a maximum of two email reminders.

These can be turned off if you don't want them.
