The QuitCoach is a collaborative effort of a wide range of experts in smoking cessation and interactive computing. 

Its development has been led by Dr Ron Borland, who has an international reputation for his expertise in smoking cessation.  The current version of the QuitCoach is being delivered on a specially built platform developed for us by QuestMetrics Pty Ltd., a Melbourne-based company. 

The QuitCoach is owned by The Cancer Council Victoria and is provided as a service to smokers by Quit Victoria. 
We are keen to make it even better than it currently is. Let us know what you think.

The QuitCoach has been designed with the needs of Australian smokers in mind.  However, most of the advice should be relevant to smokers from other countries.  We are currently working with groups in the USA and Germany to develop versions that are designed specifically for those countries.
